1. Scope of Advisory Services
JPG Visa Overseas operates as a private visa and immigration consultancy. Our services encompass profile assessment, university admissions guidance, document verification, form completion, and appointment scheduling assistance. We do not act as an embassy, consulate, or government body.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Clients explicitly acknowledge that the final authority to grant, reject, or delay any visa, study permit, or immigration petition lies entirely with the respective government, embassy, High Commission, or immigration department. JPG Visa Overseas cannot and does not guarantee visa approvals or turnaround times.
3. Accuracy of Client Information
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, certificates, financial statements, and employment credentials provided to our consultants are genuine, accurate, and complete. Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent paperwork is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination of service without refund.
4. Fees and Government Charges
Consultancy professional service fees are agreed upon prior to engagement. Official government processing fees, biometric charges, medical test expenses, and third-party document translation or courier fees are payable directly to the respective authorities or agencies and are non-refundable by JPG Visa Overseas.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
